Refund policy

We accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, email wearevesselbooking@gmail.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we sent an incorrect item. If your order is damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help and cover return shipping when a return is needed.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
